- Visit (www.nubd.info/prof) form Fill-up and click on Apply to online form Fill-up (For Student).
- Then select your Examination name and provide Registration No and click on Next.
- Then you will get an Application Form and fill up all the fields of the form following the website’s instructions.
- Then print the Application Form.
- Students must attach a recently taken passport-size photograph (Attasted by the Principal) with the application form.
- Finally, submit the form with some additional documents to the college.
